Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients is seeking a Site HR Manager for the Droitwich Depot. You will lead the full employee lifecycle and partner with site leaders to shape the people strategy on a fast-paced manufacturing site.

Ideal candidates bring HR generalist experience, strong data skills and the ability to coach managers while ensuring GDPR compliance and a focus on inclusion and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with solid policy knowledge.
• Confident delivering training and coaching across levels.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.

We are recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join our Droitwich Depot within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

• Location: Droitwich Depot - WR9 0LW
• Contract: Full-time | Permanent
• Shift Pattern:Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
• Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals
• Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site
• Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
• Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience

What we’re looking for
