A leading recruitment firm in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support operational HR services across the employee lifecycle. In this hybrid role, you will coach line managers, manage employee relations cases, and ensure compliance with UK employment law. About the Client

My client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative HR team!

About the Job

This role will support the delivery of operational HR services across the full employee lifecycle. The HR Advisor will play a key role in coaching line managers, overseeing employee relations cases, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Duties will include:

  • Partnering with line managers on all aspects of employee development and people management
  • Advising on complex HR matters and managing escalations effectively
  • Supporting performance, compensation, and development processes
  • Managing ER cases to ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Ensuring HR systems data is accurate and up to date

About the Successful Applicant

You will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards your level 5. You will be an established HR Advisor with a broad HR generalist experience. Strong UK employment law knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
