Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 depending on experience

Due to significant growth and increasing client demand, we are now looking for a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join our team and support the next stage of our journey.

The Role

As an HR Advisor at Enablement Group, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to our clients across Yorkshire.

This is a varied, hands-on and client-facing position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making a real impact.

You will be office-based, with regular travel to client sites to provide on-the-ground HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical, proactive HR advice and guidance to a range of clients
• Manage employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
• Draft and review HR documentation such as contracts, letters, policies and procedures
• Support clients with onboarding, probation processes and people management
• Work directly on client sites as a trusted HR partner
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives including restructures, change management and process improvements
• Support the development of HR toolkits and best practice resources
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure all advice is compliant with current UK employment law

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role
• Is confident advising managers on a range of HR issues
• Has solid employee relations experience
• Enjoys working directly with clients and building relationships
• Is proactive, organised and solutions-focused
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment
• Shares our people-first values and pragmatic approach
• Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel across Yorkshire
