Southern Water Falmer (Brighton) is seeking a Training Coordinator to organise the HSSW Training Team’s activities. The role blends administration, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to ensure training is delivered on time and within budget.

You will manage Workday Learning records, coordinate venues, and onboard new starters while supporting offshore admin and reporting. Hybrid working is available amid a cross-site training programme.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate training activities for the HSSW Training Team.
• Schedule training in Workday Learning and manage invoicing.
• Record attendance and training completions; track budget and expenses.
• Book venues, organise meetings, and issue joining instructions.
• Oversee onboarding for new starters to the HSSW induction; supervise Offshore admin.
• Maintain training documentation and Workday pages up to date.
