Southern Water Falmer (Brighton) is seeking a Training Coordinator to organise the HSSW Training Team’s activities. The role blends administration, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to ensure training is delivered on time and within budget.

You will manage Workday Learning records, coordinate venues, and onboard new starters while supporting offshore admin and reporting. Hybrid working is available amid a cross-site training programme.

You will collaborate closely with trainers, third-party training partners and our Offshore team to ensure the timely scheduling, recording, tracking of all training sessions in Workday (WD) Learning and invoice process management.**What you will be responsible for:** You will manage the invoicing process and monitor training-related expenses to ensure budget compliance, as well as being an advocate for the HSSW Training Team by promoting learning events and celebrating the team successes with the wider business.* Ensuring training is scheduled in WD* Creating a forward plan of HSSW training sessions* Recording training completions and attendance* Booking training locations across the SW region* Ensuring that training events run smoothly* Booking external training for all employees across SW sites* Setting up events, organising meetings and booking training rooms* Issuing joining instructions to delegates prior to sessions being delivered* Check attendance confirmation to training sessions and follow up non-attendance* Ordering stationery and training equipment when required* Ensure external trainers are provided with the relevant guidance and have all necessary assistance to run the training sessions* Ensure non-attendance process is followed up, including recharges (when applicable)* Raising purchase orders, processing and tracking invoices and POs for goods and services in line with company procedures* Ensure new starters are enrolled to the HSSW training induction* Supervise the Offshore team admin activities* Maintaining the HSSW training documents and Workday pages up to date* Training Comms coordination* Tracking & Reporting* Supporting events preparation and be available on the day to coordinate admin activities**What you’ll bring to the role:** ***Essential*** * Efficient & Organised* Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders* Ability to work independently* Excellent communication skills* Strong time management* Problem solving ability* Working knowledge of Workday Learning is an advantageSouthern Water is at the forefront of transforming Britain’s water industry, investing significantly to enhance resilience, sustainability, and service excellence.
