Southern Water is hiring a Training Coordinator for the HSSW Training Team. Based in Falmer, Brighton, this hybrid role supports scheduling, recording and invoicing for training sessions, working closely with trainers and offshore teams.

You will manage the WD Learning calendar, coordinate locations, and ensure timely completion and recording of all training activities, while promoting learning across the organisation. This is a 12-month FTC with 37 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate scheduling, recording and tracking of training in WD Learning.
• Manage invoicing and monitor training-related expenses within budget.
• Promote learning events and celebrate team achievements across the business.
• Schedule training sessions and book locations across SW region.
• Arrange external training for all SW staff and onboarding of new starters.
• Set up events, organise meetings and arrange training rooms and joining instructions.
• Monitor attendance, follow up non-attendance and process recharges when needed.
• Raise POs, process invoices and ensure alignment with company procedures.
• Maintain HSSW training documents and WD pages, coordinate training comms and reporting.
