They will support project works, manage maintenance contracts, and promote a culture of safety. A clean driving license and access to a car are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in facilities management or health & safety.
• Strong understanding of building health and safety practices.
• Confidence in managing contractors and safety management systems.

• Oversee technical and maintenance functions ensuring quality of service.
