We are looking for a Regional HSEQ Business Partner to join our team and champion best practices across a diverse portfolio of accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to influence culture, drive compliance, and embed strategic initiatives that keep people safe and operations efficient.
As a Regional HSEQ Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and coach to operational teams within your region, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company standards. You will lead on incident investigations, audit processes, and deploy key strategic programs such as SafeChoice and Permit to Work.
Your role will involve proactive engagement with internal stakeholders and external bodies, including customers, local authorities, and regulatory agencies, to drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.
You will be instrumental in embedding the OneISS Way, supporting operational teams to understand and adopt HSEQ policies and procedures. Using business reporting tools, you will identify risk areas and provide actionable guidance to mitigate them. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on involvement, ensuring that HSEQ remains a core value across all operations.
