WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage the safety strategy across the BACC contract at Heathrow Airport.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including the implementation of the new Ground Handling Regulations.
• Support and implement our Safety Management System (SMS), driving standardization and consistency across the BACC location.
• Promote a proactive Just Safety Culture that fosters continuous improvement and enhances safety performance.
• Provide direct leadership to the safety team, encouraging high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate closely with our customers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A strong health and safety background is essential.
• NEBOSH General Certificate is a must.
• Experience in the aviation industry is ideal, but we're willing to teach the right candidate!
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
