Phaidon International is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of our HRIS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - HR module). You will enable the Global People Operations team to maintain accurate employee data and reliable workflows across the employee life cycle.

You will collaborate with People Operations, Payroll, HR Partners, Talent Acquisition and IT to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver a consistent self-service

Qualificações

• Experience with HRIS admin and data management.
• Ability to validate data and produce reporting for HR metrics.
• Familiarity with HR processes including payroll data and life cycle events.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• System Administration & Data Management for HRIS system.
• Own data changes and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate processing of employee data across life cycle events.
• Manage absence processes, plan enrolments, accruals, and fixes.
• Identify automation opportunities and support testing and change communication.
• Manage user access and role-based controls within HRIS.
• Maintain configurations, workflows, and org hierarchies.
• Handle data import/export activities.
• Run data audits and cleanse data to protect integrity.
• Ensure HR data aligns with Payroll submissions and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, IR, L&D on integrations.
