Job summary

HRLife Ltd. is seeking an HR Systems & Digital Lead to shape the next chapter of our HR technology journey. You will be hands-on, configuring the backend of SAP SuccessFactors, troubleshooting issues and aligning the system with HR strategy.

You will lead a small team while rolling up your sleeves to deliver practical improvements, automate processes, and plan a roadmap extending over two to five years. Hybrid working and close collaboration with HR and the wider business are key.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate HR processes into digital, automated workflows.
• Experience leading a small team while remaining hands-on.
• Strong collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
