Job summary

CPI is seeking an experienced HR Insights & Systems Lead to shape the People function through data, systems and digital transformation. You will turn business requirements into practical system solutions and meaningful workforce insights, maintaining HR systems and delivering high-quality reporting for senior leadership.

The role sits between HR and IT, with responsibilities across Power BI, SQL, HRIS/ERP, and Dynamics 365, in a hybrid Sedgefield location.

Qualifications

• Produce high-quality people insights, dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualisations that bring workforce data to life.
• Analysing workforce trends and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Using SQL to extract, interrogate and validate data from HR systems and wider business platforms.
• Acting as the HR subject matter expert for people data, reporting and system capability.
• Supporting the ongoing development, optimisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 and associated HR technologies.
• Translating HR and business requirements into effective system solutions and process improvements.
• Supporting digital transformation projects and HR technology implementations, including new system deployments.
• Driving data quality, governance and reporting best practice across the People function.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and self-service solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Working closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver improvements and resolve system-related issues.

Responsibilities
