Job summary

Ipsum is recruiting an experienced Head of HR Admin & Systems to oversee HR operations, system governance, payroll oversight and continuous improvement across the function. You will lead a small HR administration team and own the PeopleHR platform to drive automation and data accuracy.

You will enhance HR processes, ensure GDPR compliance, produce dashboards for leadership, and partner with payroll and audits to support a compliant and efficient workforce.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR administration and systems management.
• Payroll operations knowledge within a multi-site environment.
• Strong data governance and GDPR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality HR operational services.
• Serve as PeopleHR system lead driving automation and data integrity.
• Develop and deliver a measurable HR systems improvement plan.
