Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking an HR People & Data Coordinator to join the HR function at its UK Office. The role combines HR administration with systems, data and MI reporting to improve consistency and insights across UK operations.

You will manage lifecycle changes, maintain employee data in Workday, and collaborate with stakeholders to automate and enhance HR processes using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, HR systems and data reporting.
• Ability to extract, analyse and present people data.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee starters, leavers and changes across the lifecycle.
• Produce contracts, letters and HR documents accurately.
• Maintain employee data in the HRIS (Workday).
• Support HR administration across UK locations.
• Respond to day-to-day HR queries and produce MI reports.
• Extract, analyse and present HR data to identify trends.
