Job summary

Technopride Ltd is seeking an MSD365 HR Functional Consultant for a contract role with remote work options in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will design and implement MSD365 HR solutions, automate HR tasks with Power Platform, and work with clients to configure and migrate HR processes.

Key responsibilities include configuring HR modules, migrating data, and ensuring system optimisations with DLMS, Power BI, and Excel. Prior workshop experience with clients is valued.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Talent modules.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate certification is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Implementation & configuration of D365 HR modules (personnel management, benefits, compensation, leave).
Process automation using Power Automate and workflow tools.
Data migration, functional testing, and system integration (Finance & Operations, Teams).
System administration and ongoing optimization for workforce insights.
Domain expertise in HR best practices, global regulations, and compliant compensation planning.
