Job summary

CPI is seeking an experienced HR Insights & Systems Lead in Sedgefield to shape our People function through data, systems and digital transformation. You’ll bridge HR and IT, maintain HR systems, and deliver high-quality reporting that informs senior leadership and the Board.

You’ll drive HR data storytelling, automation initiatives, and the ongoing development of Dynamics 365 while collaborating across HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions and workforce

Qualifications

• Strong experience turning HR data into insights and reporting.
• Advanced Power BI skills and dashboard creation.
• Experience with SQL queries and HRIS/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of HR data governance and data quality practices.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality people insights, dashboards and reports for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize workforce data.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Use SQL to extract and validate data from HR systems.
• Act as HR SME for data reporting and system capability.
• Support Dynamics 365 optimization and HR tech deployments.
• Translate HR needs into effective system solutions and improvements.
• Support digital transformation projects and HR tech implementations.
• Drive data quality and reporting best practices across People function.
• Identify automation opportunities using Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to implement improvements.
