Qualifications

• Strong background in ERP solutions, with hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a live environment.
• Specialism in Finance modules; HR modules desirable; ability to document analysis clearly.
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to produce clear functional analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of support and advisory cases across multiple clients.
• Triage, analyse and resolve Finance & HR issues in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Act as trusted advisor to finance and HR stakeholders with clear updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
