A leading technology organization is seeking an HRIS Analyst for a 6-month fixed term contract in London. The successful candidate will own the Workday system, supporting two People teams by overseeing configurations, training employees, and managing work requests. Additionally, the role includes continuous support for resolving Workday process issues and establishing reporting requirements. Working across the ZPG Group, supporting both the Zoopla and RVU businesses, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible as the owner of the Workday system, working within the two People teams. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the continued operation of HRIS systems within the Group, and will manage the relationship with Workday as well as the AMS provider WDAssist, alongside the People teams. They will be responsible for supporting the people teams across the businesses with Workday queries, escalating to AMS when needed.
