Page Personnel invites applications for an HR Business Partner role based in Monmouth, Wales. This hybrid, UK-wide travel position is an 8-9 months FTC with an ASAP start, supporting senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive engagement.

You will partner with leaders, manage change, and coach teams while leveraging HR analytics to inform decisions and ensure compliance across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role.
• Strong employee relations and change management experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
• A commercial mindset balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Strong HR data analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
• Flexibility to travel regularly across UK sites.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to commercial goals.
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures and transformation projects.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent development activities.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance management, development planning and people leadership.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks and inform decision-making.
• Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice.
