Job summary

Workdry International Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 9‑month fixed term to cover UK sites. The role is based in a hybrid setup with travel to Liverpool, Stoke, Middlesbrough or Nottingham three days per week.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies, combine operational HR with strategic thinking, and deliver data-driven HR services across Centres of Excellence, Shared Services and HRIS.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proven HRBP experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with change management, workforce planning & employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop people strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Drive talent management, performance, engagement and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide data-driven HR insights with HRIS and reporting tools to guide decisions.
