Page Personnel invites applications for an HR Business Partner role based in Monmouth, Wales. This hybrid, UK-wide travel position is an 8-9 months FTC with an ASAP start, supporting senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive engagement.

You will partner with leaders, manage change, and coach teams while leveraging HR analytics to inform decisions and ensure compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role.
• Strong employee relations and change management experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
• A commercial mindset balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Strong HR data analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
• Flexibility to travel regularly across UK sites.

• Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to commercial goals

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can build credibility quickly and operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role
• Strong employee relations and change management experience
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making
• A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
• Strong analytical skills and experience using HR data to drive business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
• Flexibility to travel regularly across UK sites
