Hoop Recruitment LTD is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for a confidential, multi-site operation in South Wales. You will provide credible, pragmatic advice to senior leaders, lead complex employee relations matters and support strategic people plans across sites.

The role demands strong generalist HR experience, stakeholder credibility, and the ability to manage priority workstreams with minimal supervision. A Welsh language capability is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial generalist HR experience, ideally in senior role.
• Experience leading complex employee relations casework.
• Experience in a unionised environment and managing trade union relations.
• Current practical knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD Level 7 or progress towards it, or equivalent senior-level experience.
• A degree-level qualification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with senior leaders translating priorities into practical people plans.
• Lead complex employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
• Manage complex cases involving unions and lead negotiations with representatives.
• Provide expert advice on contractual and employment matters, mitigating risks.
• Coach managers to apply HR policies and manage people issues.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and policy development.
• Use HR data to identify trends and inform short, medium and long-term plans.
• Contribute to development and review of HR policies and procedures.
