MANN+HUMMEL (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the UK business on a 12-14 month fixed-term contract, covering two locations with one direct report. The role requires strong employment-law knowledge and stakeholder management, with CIPD Level 5 qualification or progress toward it.

You will advise the local management team, oversee HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive organizational development while collaborating with Corporate HR.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards.
• 2–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of employment law and payroll considerations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with local management to align HR policies with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes including workforce planning and recruitment.
• Manage compliance with UK employment law and regulatory updates.
• Lead change initiatives and support organizational development.
• Provide KPI reporting to senior HR and Operations.
