Job summary

EY People Consulting in London is seeking a Manager to lead HR Transformation programs, partnering with clients to reimagine HR functions for the future and deliver value beyond traditional HR operations.

You will guide teams across HR strategy, operating models, and service delivery, design immersive client workshops, and help organisations become more adaptable through technology-enabled HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience across HR Operating and Service Delivery Model and HR Strategy.
• Experience designing future HR functions and applying HR tech.
• Ability to guide and shape client thinking to deliver bespoke HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to shape and navigate their People agendas.
• Design HR functions that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile.
• Deliver immersive client workshops and end-to-end HR process mapping.
• Lead HR transformation workstreams and manage junior team members.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps and governance plans.
• Provide analytical evidence to support HR solutions.
