Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager in London to lead strategic HR transformation programmes, shape client People strategy and operating models, and drive value across geographies. You will work with senior leaders to design, implement and govern large-scale HR initiatives leveraging digital enablement and consulting expertise.

You will guide cross-functional teams, apply design thinking, and deliver data-driven insights to improve workforce performance while collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience shaping People strategy and HR operating models across geographies.
• Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary HR transformation programmes.
• Strong communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Strategy & Consulting projects for clients and shape their People strategy.
• Define HR operating models and organisation design for transformations.
• Manage senior client stakeholder relationships and drive delivery of benefits.
• Guide teams with project management disciplines and agile methods.
• Develop HR thought leadership and assets to redefine HR for clients.
• Collaborate across Accenture capabilities including Technology and Operations.
