Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in operational or HR transformation.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for HR, preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support clients through the deployment of new technology.
• Advise on HR/Payroll service design and capability requirements.
• Work with clients to define and embed new ways of working.
• Lead transformation programmes and resolve risks and issues.
• Drive internal process improvements.

Skills

HR Qualifications, ideally CIPD Level 5 or similar

Experience of leading HR transformation

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proactive, independent and self-starter
