Responsibilities:
An HRBP or HR CoE background with proven experience leading strategic HR projects or transformation programmes in financial services
Track record of operating in a complex, matrixed, international environment.
Hands-on experience reviewing, designing and implementing HR policies, frameworks or operating models, and supporting their governance and continuous improvement after launch
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business priorities into practical frameworks and solutions.
Experience leading organisational change through implementation and adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communication and capability building
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple European jurisdictions.
