Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Transformation, Organisation Design Manager to drive global HR transformation programmes across multiple client sites in London, Edinburgh and Manchester. You will lead HR strategy, process redesign, and operating model development, while coaching teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The role requires strong consulting skills, executive communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale global HR transformation programmes.
• Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication and data analysis skills.
• Experience in HR Transformation, HR Optimisation, operating models and process design.
• Excellent understanding of HR trends and digital enablers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR consulting projects across HR strategy, process and experience redesign and HR-led transformation.
• Direct global delivery teams to deliver HR transformation outcomes for clients.
• Own client relationships and help drive delivery of leading HR initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Analysts and Consultants to achieve potential.
• Lead workshops and design thinking sessions to gather requirements and validate options.
