• Guide organisations through strategy to implementation, including design and maturity assessments.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to address HR challenges.
• Identify and secure change initiatives linked to business strategy and plan implementation.
• Manage portfolio projects, prioritise initiatives and realise benefits across HR transformation.
