Job description

We are currently recruiting for a HR Systems & MI Administrator to join the HR Team at our Head Office in Lutterworth.

As the HR Systems and MI Administrator you will be responsible for supporting various HR systems with a strong focus on the L&D systems.

Around half your time will focus on L&D systems support including but not limited to management of data and content within the LMS, updating training materials and content, and analysis and reporting related to L&D activity and systems. The rest of your time will support with general HR reporting and MI. Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services this role is ideal for someone who enjoys system optimisation, problem-solving and improving user experience.

In return you will receive a salary £28,000 - £32,000 DOE, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Life Assurance, Westfield Health Cash plan, Auto enrolment pension scheme & Lifestyle Benefits – Discount on selected high street stores.

Responsibilities include :

• Support training coordination - booking sessions, sending calendar invites, and maintaining attendance records.
• Set up and maintain course information and course content in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Configuring product features and tailoring system changes based on business requirements
• Manage training enrolments and completion records on the LMS.
• Creating and running reports and maintaining data accuracy within the LMS and wider HR systems.
• Troubleshooting system queries, identifying root causes and providing clear, concise solutions
• Updating L&D training content as required.
• Manage the L&D inbox, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Provide general administrative support for L&D related activities.
• Support with general HR reporting and analytics across the HRIS, MS Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate

The ideal candidate will have / be :

• Experience in a data-focused, HR and / or L&D systems administration driven role
• Strong Excel capability (comfortable validating, manipulating and inputting data)
• Experience of working with Power BI and Power Automate to review and manipulate data
• Technically minded with strong learning agility and analytical skills
