About The Role

Luminate Education Group are looking for an HR Systems Manager who will play a key role in keeping our HR systems effective, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of colleagues and leaders across all campuses. This is a key role, ensuring our systems are reliable and continually improving, supporting great colleague experiences through effective self‑service, high‑quality data and insightful reporting. The team is based at our Park Lane Campus, offering excellent transport links, with the train station just a 10–15 minute walk away and bus services stopping directly outside. Hybrid working is available for this role.

What You Will Do
  • Take overall ownership of HR systems, including system administration, ongoing management, testing, upgrades and user support.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of the HR systems strategy, ensuring effective long‑term planning and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Identify and maximise opportunities to enhance HR system functionality and drive continuous improvement across the HR function.
  • Lead and deliver HR systems projects, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to scope, design, build, test, and deploy system enhancements, delivering an exceptional HR systems service.
About You
  • Proven experience managing and supporting HR systems, including system administration, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead system implementations and enhancements from design through to delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate business and HR requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving capability, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to data quality and system integrity.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in HR, IT, systems management, or a related discipline.
