An educational organization in Leeds is seeking an HR Systems Manager. The successful candidate will manage HR systems, ensuring they are effective and user-friendly while leading various improvement projects. Luminate Education Group are looking for an HR Systems Manager who will play a key role in keeping our HR systems effective, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of colleagues and leaders across all campuses. This is a key role, ensuring our systems are reliable and continually improving, supporting great colleague experiences through effective self‑service, high‑quality data and insightful reporting. The team is based at our Park Lane Campus, offering excellent transport links, with the train station just a 10–15 minute walk away and bus services stopping directly outside. Hybrid working is available for this role.
