Cambridge & Counties Bank is seeking a lead administrator for all people-related systems, data and processes. You will optimise HR systems, ensure accurate data inputs and outputs, and act as the super user for HR platforms.

You will develop and productionise management information for HR and business managers while supporting Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, Health & Safety and Facilities administration. We value strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR and payroll processes and administering HR/Payroll systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
• Comfortable with reporting software and producing management information.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead administrator and internal contact for people-related systems, data and processes.
• Implement and optimise HR systems; ensure accurate data inputs and outputs.
• Develop and produce HRMI for HR and business managers; act as Data Champion.
• Support HR, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, Health & Safety, and Facilities administration.
