Job summary

HGF Limited is seeking a proactive People System Coordinator to manage HR, Payroll, Learning and Recruitment platforms. You will drive enhancements, ensure data integrity and provide insightful reporting to support decisions.

You will collaborate with People, IT and Finance to optimise workflows and system adoption across the business. You will leverage Power BI and Excel to deliver meaningful metrics and maintain governance, while working with external vendors on upgrades and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR, Payroll, ATS and Learning systems in a medium to large organisation.
• Proven ability to improve processes, optimise systems and drive data-based insights.
• Strong MS Excel and Power BI skills with data governance and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for People systems (HR, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment) ensuring configuration and continuous improvement.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements and integrations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and improve People processes, identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with People, IT and Finance to optimise end-to-end data flows and system functionality.
• Ensure data governance, security controls, documentation and audit trails for People data.
