Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a motivated People Systems Analyst to optimise the organisation's HR tech stack and deliver high-quality data reporting. You will administer and configure core HR systems, ensure data integrity, and drive user adoption across internal stakeholders.

The role reports to the People Systems & MI Manager and requires experience in configuring workflows, approvals, and business rules, plus creating dashboards in Power BI. Hybrid work from London or Kent offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a systems SME in a People/HR function.
• Experience configuring and optimising people systems.
• Experience building reports from HR systems.
• Proactive, solution-focused with strong data integrity focus.

Responsibilities

• Being a functional expert for our people systems.
• Configuring and maintaining systems, including workflows, approvals and business rules.
• Supporting uploads, data changes, system upgrades and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Providing first-line end-user support and guidance on system capabilities.
• Building and maintaining people data reports and dashboards using system-embedded reporting tools and Power BI.
