Job summary

Wiltshire Police is seeking a System and Establishment Coordinator to maintain and develop people systems and establishment data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement. The post holder will be the first point of contact for HR system queries and will lead on system development and user support.

You will deliver reliable data for workforce planning, support system updates, training, GDPR compliance and data integrity, and work with internal teams and external suppliers to

Qualifications

Previous experience in HR/People Services environment.
Experience in auditing, analysing and reconciling data.
Experience of using and maintaining HR systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate establishment and workforce data.
Process employee and post changes.
Reconcile data and produce workforce reports.
Provide HR systems support and troubleshooting.
Manage system access and data security.
Lead system updates, testing and improvements.
Create user guidance and support training.
Ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity.
Support statutory workforce data returns.
Work with internal teams and external suppliers to improve HR systems and workforce planning.
