Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking an HR Establishment Data Assistant to join the HR Information Systems team, focusing on maintaining Establishment data and processes while providing high‑quality administrative and system support.

You will work with HR systems (iTrent preferred), perform data integrity checks, support system changes, and contribute to continuous improvement while liaising with HR colleagues across the group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of administering an integrated HR/Payroll system.
• Experience working with HR systems and data; iTrent experience would be ideal.
• Knowledge of GDPR and other information management legislation.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Create, amend and maintain Establishment posts and positions in the HR system (iTrent).
• Carry out integrity checks on Establishment data to identify gaps or anomalies.
• Process system updates and Establishment changes in a timely, controlled manner.
• Support senior HR colleagues by actioning system changes and analysing data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging processes and applying logical thinking.
• Collaborate with the HR Establishment Lead and HRIS team to maintain a robust Establishment structure.
• Suggest improvements to data flows and system controls.
• Anticipate downstream impacts of Establishment changes.
