Job summary

Wiltshire Police is seeking a System and Establishment Coordinator to maintain and develop people systems and establishment data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement. The post holder will be the first point of contact for HR system queries and will lead on system development and user support.

About the role

The System and Establishment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and developing Wiltshire Police’s people systems and establishment data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement in line with organisational priorities.

This role combines establishment management, HR system administration, and process improvement. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, coordinate changes to people and post data, and lead on HR system development and user support.

The role will support the Force by delivering reliable data for workforce planning, whilst embedding system improvements that drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

About you and your experience
  • Previous experience in HR/People Services environment
  • Experience in financial or establishment-related work
  • Experience of using and maintaining HR systems
  • Experience in auditing, analysing and reconciling data
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal departments
