With hybrid working and the opportunity to build valuable HRIS expertise, this is a great contract for someone who enjoys the systems and data side of HR.

What's in it for you
  • Salary of £26,000 - £31,000, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working, giving you greater flexibility across your working week.
  • A 12-month fixed-term contract within an established organisation.
  • Hands-on involvement in HR system configuration, maintenance and development.
  • Exposure to system upgrades, testing and the introduction of new functionality.
  • The opportunity to influence process improvements and strengthen your HR systems expertise.
Your responsibilities as People Systems Administrator
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming system queries, resolving requests or escalating more complex issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, system structures and training management information.
  • Produce and maintain a catalogue of reports, providing accurate information to internal customers when required.
  • Support regular system upgrades through testing and identification of potential issues.
  • Assist with system configuration, new functionality trials and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and support continuous improvement across the function.
