Job summary

Jet2careers is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to support and develop our HR systems, ensuring accurate people data and meaningful reporting. You will work with SAP SuccessFactors and collaborate across HR, IT and Payroll to drive improvements.

You’ll gain exposure to a range of HR systems activities and help the team deliver first-class colleagues support in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid working and ongoing system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Produce accurate reports from large datasets for stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate new starter data transfer between systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and external providers to improve systems.
• Gather requirements and translate to system-based solutions.
• Investigate data queries and implement root-cause resolutions.
• Support system testing for upgrades and new features.
• Prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to HR systems projects and continuous improvement.
