Job summary

LJ Recruitment represents our client in Liverpool seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team. Initial focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems with opportunities across other business applications.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and stakeholders to optimize processes, configure systems and manage testing and data integrations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/Talent systems in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• SAP SuccessFactors across modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Compensation or Recruiting.
• Experience with integrations—SAP CPI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
• Gather requirements and identify process improvements.
• Manage testing, upgrades, troubleshooting and system changes.
• Support HR data, reporting and integrations.
• Work with SAP CPI and other business systems.
