Job summary

City of London Corporation is seeking a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to lead the management and development of our HR information systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, iTrent, and BI4 reporting. You will support data accuracy, governance, and system enhancements across SAP SuccessFactors and legacy platforms.

You’ll also help promote transparency and compliance with information policies, delivering user training, documentation, and guidance to maximise the value of workforce systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR/Payroll systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• SFX Accreditation across multiple modules is desirable.
• Experience with iTrent and BI4 reporting is desirable.
• Experience in system administration, data security, integration, and training delivery.
• Strong analytical, numerical and data-visualisation skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead system-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing optimisation, adoption and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related workforce systems.
• Work within the team to support management of workforce data, reporting and processes across both SAP SuccessFactors and our legacy system (iTrent) during the remaining transition period, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and business continuity.
• Act as a lead for workforce systems and data-related projects, managing system enhancements, priorities and improvement roadmaps.
• Promote data integrity, governance and compliance with data protection regulations and corporate standards.
• Provide advice on workforce reporting, system integration, data management and process improvement.
• Manage and optimise system configuration, workflows, security roles and data structures across workforce systems.
• Provide first-line technical support, user training and system documentation.
• Develop guidance and support users to maximise the value of workforce systems and self-service functionality.
• Share best practice and keep abreast of developments in workforce systems, analytics and digital HR services.
