Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to manage our HR systems, maintain accurate people data, produce meaningful reporting and provide first-class support to colleagues across the business.

You'll be the first point of contact for HR system queries, support SAP SuccessFactors, ensure accurate data transfer with Recruitment for new starters, and help drive continuous improvement in our HR technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and data reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Organisational skills to manage competing priorities and ensure accuracy.
• Experience using Excel and HR data management practices.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for queries relating to HR systems, providing guidance and solutions.
• Support administration, maintenance and configuration of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Produce accurate, timely, and insightful reports from large datasets for stakeholders.
• Coordinate data transfer between systems with Recruitment for new starters.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and external vendors to improve HR systems.
• Gather requirements and translate into effective system-based solutions.
• Investigate data queries and identify root causes to implement resolutions.
• Support system testing for upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.
• Prioritise workload in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to projects.
