Rullion is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst in Birmingham for a hybrid role, 40 hours a week, reporting to the Head of HRIS. You will support the operation and continuous improvement of our HR systems, with a focus on data accuracy during the SAP SuccessFactors transition as part of CMA CGM alignment.

You will work closely with the UK HR team and the Marseille HRIS team to manage employee data, run standard and ad hoc reports, and assist with system updates and projects across the business.

Qualificações

• Experience working with data in an administrative, HR or analytical environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
• Comfort with IT systems and learning new technology quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment with three days in the office weekly.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (Workday and SAP SuccessFactors).
• Perform data entry, validation, cleansing and integrity checks.
• Produce standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and analyses.
• Support HRIS system updates, testing and implementation of enhancements.
• Assist with SAP SuccessFactors data migration and management.
• Collaborate with UK and Marseille teams on updates.
• Develop SAP SuccessFactors SME knowledge and share expertise.
• Resolve data and system queries with HR colleagues.
• Support system audits and data quality checks.
• Contribute to HRIS process improvements and efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day system support and access management.
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Assist HR and HRIS projects with administrative and analytical support.
• Ensure data protection compliance and security.
• Continue to develop knowledge of HR systems, processes and reporting tools through ongoing learning and development.
