Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) Coordinator to join our friendly impactful team

You will be part of a Group HR function that works across all business areas within the Genus PLC estate

If you're looking to gain experience in a human resources role within a people-centric global business then this is perfect for you

Reporting to the Global HR Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for processing HR changes within the global and regional HR systems and ensuring accurate data for payroll and benefit transactions.

This is located in our Stapeley office working in a hybrid pattern

You Will
  • Accurately process and record global HR transactions including onboarding offboarding and employee life cycle changes within global and regional HRIS platforms ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
  • Manage and update employee records in HR systems maintaining up-to-date and reliable information for reporting and operational needs.
  • Respond and evaluate HR service requests to quickly interpret situations and determine appropriate resolutions or transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of HR system outputs.
  • Contribute toward documentation support and compliance audit requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support data confidentiality and security protocols by handling sensitive HR information in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties assigned to support the HR Shared Services function and maximize service delivery.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications (required)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing administrative functions including onboarding processes (e.g. I-9 verification background checks) payroll coordination HR and benefits administration employee training support financial tasks and maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Able to successfully complete HR transactions accurately and timely within the HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Able to answer general HR policy payroll and benefits questions.
  • Meet deadlines to ensure timely payroll processing and not to negatively impact employee benefits or payroll checks.
  • Able to collaborate with internal business partners and employees to ensure all processes are completed accurately and timely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
