A growing construction firm in the UK is seeking a keen HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This office-based role will support both administration and recruitment activities for approximately 100 permanent employees and 500 contractors. The ideal candidate will have HR administration experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing an HR career. Benefits include a pension scheme and 23 days of holiday. The position starts early January, so immediate availability is preferred.
We are working with a growing and successful construction company and are looking for a keen and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Administrator to join the business ASAP. This office-based role is Monday to Friday (apply online only).
Reporting into the HR Manager and providing support to approximately 100 permanent employees and up to 500 contractors. The focus of the role is generalist HR administration support and recruitment.
Candidates should ideally have experience within a busy HR team supporting HR administration recruitment, or office administration experience with a passion for developing an HR career. A confident and outgoing approach with excellent communication and administration skills is required.
