The role involves creating documentation to support the company's transition to a self-service HR model, including manuals and guides for employees. Our client has a vacancy for a HR Project Coordinator to support the HR Manager as the company moves towards a “self-service” HR model. This role is offered as a 6 month fixed term contract and is full-time.
HR ESS will introduce online portals for employees to access and manage their HR-related information, such as personal details, payslips, and leave requests, without needing to directly involve HR staff.
