A leading global engineering firm is seeking a part-time HR Policy Compliance Specialist based in London (Chiswick / Covent Garden). This role is crucial for managing employee relations (ER) cases and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. The ideal candidate has over three years' experience in HR, a strong understanding of employment law, and the ability to draft and revise HR policies. The position allows for part-time telework and requires at least three days of in-person attendance each week.
HR Policy Compliance Specialist
Work Location: London (Chiswick / Covent Garden)
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage ER cases while also owning policy, compliance and operational HR processes.
You will be trusted to deliver accurate HR guidance, maintain compliant systems and documentation, and support employees and managers across the UK and Europe. We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and legally knowledgeable, with the ability to balance hands‑on administration with more complex advisory and compliance responsibilities.
"This position is designated as part‑time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in‑person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in‑person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership".
