HR & PA to Executive Team

An exciting opportunity to join SRE and work with a team of dedicated, values-driven professionals at the forefront of the fight against climate change.

SRE has been providing innovative and solution-focused sustainability advice to key players in the built environment for nearly 20 years.

We have an exciting new opportunity in the Business Management team to play a pivotal role in growing the business and supporting our Executive Team.

The Role

The successful candidate will :

  • People & Culture – ensure continuity of SRE culture as business grows by supporting individuals and their learning and development; manage capability matrix and book training as required; deal with confidential and sensitive reports and information; update Company Handbook and HR policies; provide Orientation and Buddy Support for new starters.
  • Recruitment – write job description and job adverts as required; manage recruitment rounds; organise interview days; manage hiring and onboarding processes including right to work checks and employment contracts.
  • Organising diaries– managing diaries of Executive Team ensuring prioritisation of important tasks and realistic scheduling; organise internal and external meetings; arrange and book travel and accommodation.
  • Business Development – provide client briefs and presentations for business development meetings.
  • Reporting – prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations on SRE Company KPIs.
  • Reception – support Office Manager as second point of contact when answering main phone and dealing with enquiries; welcome clients and visitors.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
