A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee day-to-day HR services in a values-driven charity. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and enhance HR processes while leading a small team. The ideal candidate has a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. This on-site position offers a salary of £35,000 with standard working hours.
SF Recruitment have exclusively partnered with an amazing charity who are looking for a process driven HR professional with management experience. You will take ownership of day to day HR services, including implementation of a HRIS system, developing processes including onboarding, offboarding, and letter templates along side motivating a small team of HR Administrators.

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday (Site Based)
