Job summary

A leading healthcare agency in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support ongoing organizational changes. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have extensive experience in various HR functions. Responsibilities include strategic implementation and collaboration on HR initiatives. This is a contract position for 3 months, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities and qualifications

• During a period of significant organisational changes support on restructures and related processes.
• Deliver successful strategy implementation; Workforce strategy, people management and leadership capability, workforce performance and productivity.
• Provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR.
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters.
• Contribute to the wider management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team.
• The successful HR Manager will be qualified to CIPD level 7 (or equivalent qualification or experience), have significant and broad working knowledge across multiple HR specialisms and experienced at working at management level.
